**Some vaccines may require more than one injection; prices are per injection
**If vaccines are declined or not required, a $30 consult fee will be charged
**For students, seniors > 65, and employment purposes, a $20 consult fee will be charged
**If you return later for vaccines, the consultation fee will be deducted from the prices of the vaccines
